Stepping Into Prosperity was founded by Ricardo Caliz, a seasoned healthcare professional and workforce development advocate with over 17 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare sector. Having successfully founded and managed vocational training programs for nursing assistants, Ricardo recognized a critical gap in the community: individuals needed accessible, foundational training to enter the workforce, while local healthcare and corporate organizations struggled to manage the heavy burden of regulatory compliance and staff tracking.
Combining his deep administrative expertise in healthcare with a passion for community empowerment, Ricardo established Stepping Into Prosperity as a non-profit solution.
